The Land/Site Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed topographic maps and survey reports for roads and bridges construction projects. They will work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise measurements, provide data for project planning, and assist in resolving any land-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct detailed land surveys using total stations,RTK, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools to establish precise measurements, boundaries, and contours for roads and bridges projects.
2. Prepare accurate topographic maps, boundary surveys, and other survey reports in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to interpret survey data, identify potential site challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
4. Assist in the resolution of land-related issues, such as property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Maintain survey equipment, perform calibrations, and ensure proper handling and storage to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while conducting field surveys, ensuring the well-being of oneself and fellow team members.
7. Document and maintain accurate records of survey data, including field notes, sketches, and digital files, for future reference and project documentation.
8. Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in land surveying to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in land surveying, particularly in roads and bridges construction projects.
- Proficiency in operating surveying instruments such as total stations, RTK, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with relevant surveying software and CAD programs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain, and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
