The plant is located in barangay Simlong, Pinamucan Batangas City, near the company’s existing polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) manufacturing plants. A naphtha cracker is an upstream activity of petrochemical manufacturing complex while the PE and PP are midstream operations.

It passes through areas under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Malvar and Tanauan City, Lipa City, Ibaan, Batangas City, and Bauan.
