Job Overview:
As the Project Manager you will bring your extensive expertise and leadership to oversee the
planning, execution, and successful delivery of the project. This position offers a unique
opportunity to contribute to the success of a major infrastructure initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Execute and monitor project activities, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and quality
standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a positive and productive work
environment.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to Roads and
Bridges construction.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the project life cycle.
Client Relations:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Provide regular project updates and reports to upper management, maintaining transparent
communication.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with Roads and Bridges construction,
implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
Qualifications:
ï‚· Registered Civil Engineer
ï‚· Minimum experience of 10 years as a Project Manager with at least 5 years of relevant
experience in infrastructure (roads and bridges) projects,
ï‚· Preferred overall construction experience of 20 years.
ï‚· Well-versed in using PRIMAVERA
ï‚· Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
